Scholarly Summit is committed to preserving the scholarly record and supporting the long-term accessibility of research published in its journals. This policy outlines our approach to digital archiving, content backup, persistent identification, and continued access to published articles.
Scholarly Summit aims to protect published scholarly content against accidental data loss, technical failures, and interruptions to website availability.
Digital preservation arrangements should support the integrity, accessibility, and continued availability of published articles. The publisher will review its preservation practices periodically and seek appropriate measures to strengthen the long-term security of scholarly content.
Scholarly Summit recognizes the importance of maintaining backup copies of published content and associated publication records.
Backup arrangements are intended to reduce the risk of content loss resulting from technical problems, system failures, or other unforeseen circumstances. Where available, independent backup locations and additional preservation arrangements can provide further protection.
Scholarly Summit aims to support long-term preservation through appropriate digital archiving arrangements. Recognized preservation services may provide additional protection and help maintain access to published research if the journal website or publishing platform becomes unavailable.
Any specific external archiving service will be identified on this page once the relevant arrangement has been established and verified. Planned or prospective arrangements will not be presented as active preservation services.
Where assigned, articles published by Scholarly Summit receive Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) registered through Crossref.
DOIs provide persistent identifiers that help readers locate, cite, and reference published articles. However, DOI registration is distinct from digital preservation and does not, by itself, guarantee that an article's full text will remain available indefinitely.
Scholarly Summit aims to maintain accurate article metadata and working links to published content.
Scholarly Summit aims to maintain access to previously published articles through its journal websites and applicable preservation arrangements.
In the event of a technical disruption, the publisher will seek to restore access using available backup copies and preservation resources. Long-term access may also depend on the preservation services formally used by the relevant journal.
Authors may deposit their manuscripts in institutional or subject repositories in accordance with the applicable journal's repository policy, copyright terms, and article license.
Deposited versions should include the article title, author details, journal citation, DOI where available, and a link to the published version. Authors should also respect any separate rights that apply to third-party material.
Please consult the Repository Policy and the applicable article license for details of permitted versions and reuse conditions.
Scholarly Summit will review this policy periodically and update it when its preservation arrangements or procedures change. Any named archiving service will be listed only when its use has been confirmed.
