His research interests include sustainable construction practices, the resilience of infrastructure to environmental challenges, and innovative materials in civil engineering. Dr. Firoozi has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and has been involved in various international projects aimed at enhancing the durability and sustainability of infrastructure systems.

Dr. Paulson Geo Philip, Ph.D., MBA, B.Tech, PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, LEED AP (BD+C), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, is a multidisciplinary engineering and project management professional with over 13 years of international experience across the United Arab Emirates and India in the areas of construction project management, MEP engineering, building services systems, sustainable infrastructure, and critical facility operations.

He currently serves as Project & Maintenance Manager at UAE Television & Radio – Channel 4 Group, Ajman, United Arab Emirates, where he is responsible for the planning, execution, operational readiness, and lifecycle management of complex engineering systems within a high-dependency broadcast infrastructure environment. His technical and managerial expertise spans electrical distribution systems, HVAC systems, fire protection and life safety systems, plumbing, ELV/BMS integration, smart building technologies, and multidisciplinary infrastructure coordination.

Dr. Philip holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Project Management, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He is professionally certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP®), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®), PRINCE2 Practitioner, LEED Green Associate, LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C), and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He is also a licensed Electrical Engineer with Etihad Water & Electricity (UAE), a licensed Engineer with the UAE Civil Defense Authority, and a registered member of the Society of Engineers, UAE.

Throughout his career, Dr. Philip has contributed to the successful delivery and management of large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, and mission-critical developments, with substantial involvement in projects encompassing integrated MEP systems, sustainable building solutions, regulatory compliance, commissioning, and technology-enabled infrastructure performance. His academic and professional interests include construction project management, sustainable project delivery, renewable energy integration in buildings, smart infrastructure systems, engineering governance, resilience-oriented asset management, and lifecycle performance optimization.

Dr. Philip brings a valuable combination of academic depth, industry-based technical expertise, interdisciplinary systems understanding, and practical project leadership. He is committed to supporting rigorous peer review, scholarly integrity, and the advancement of high-quality research in the fields of project management, engineering, sustainability, and built environment innovation.

Dr. Mohammad Masiur Rahaman is an Assistant Professor in the School of Infrastructure, Indian Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar. He obtained his Bachelor's in Civil Engineering in 2010 from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. He worked as an Operation Officer in Indian Oil Corporation Limited from August 2010 to June 2011. He received his Master of Engineering (ME) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in 2013 and 2018 from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. Post his PhD, he was a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the School of Engineering, Brown University from June 2018 to September 2019. He was awarded a medal for the best doctoral thesis from the Institute Mathematics Initiative, IISc. His areas of interest are Fracture Mechanics, Topology Optimization, Thermodynamically Consistent Viscoplastic Damage Models, Peridynamics, Finite Element and Mesh-free Techniques, Modeling of Bio-inspired Composites, Geometric Mechanics and Biomechanics. Presently, he has twenty-four high-quality international journal publications.

Marios Tsakas is Assistant Professor of Business Administration at the Department of Agricultural Development, Agri-Food, and Natural Resources Management of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He holds a degree in Chemistry, a Masters degree in Chemistry and Environmental Technologies, and a Ph.D. in Business and Organizational Management with an Emphasis on the Health Sector. All of these degrees were obtained from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has published two scientific monographs, numerous publications in international and Greek scientific magazines, as well as contributions to the proceedings of international scientific conferences. Along side his academic career, he has worked as a distinguished executive in various private and public sector companies and organizations. Among other roles, he was CEO of DEDA S.A., where his key achievement was the expansion of natural gas networks in 45 cities across Greece, with investments exceeding 450 million. He has also held positions such as Special Secretary of the Financial and Economic Crime Agency (S.D.O.E.), General Secretary of the Municipality of Glyfada, and member of the Board of Directors of major public companies, including Hellenic Petroleum S.A. (ELPE), the Hellenic Foreign Trade Board (OPE S.A.), and the Athens Urban Transport Organization (OASA S.A.). He was Coordinator in Greek Committee for the implementation of the reforms in health sector, in the framework of the national program Health in Action 2013-2015 in cooperation with world health organization. He has worked for several years as a business consultant in the private sector, specializing in investments support and European program management, participating in the development, design, and implementation of co-financed projects worth hundreds of millions of euros. From 2020 to 2023, he served as a board member of the European energy organization. He is a member of the Administrative Committee of the Association of Greek Chemists. Since 2023, he has been the CEO of the Property Management and Development company of the University of Athens.

Dr. Sadam Alphonse is a PhD candidate in Process and Energetics (Renewable Energy) at Ngaoundere University (2023 – present), specializing in solar and wind energy, multi-objective optimization, energy economy, and smart grids. He holds a Master’s degree in Process and Energetics (2012–2017) from Ngaoundere University, where he focused on resolving drying equations using finite window methods, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Physics (2005). Since 2021, he has served as a Regional Pedagogic Inspector in Physics for secondary education. As a Teaching Assistant at Ngaoundere University, he has instructed courses on renewable energy and power system planning and reliability, facilitating discussions and guiding students in their academic pursuits. His experience in secondary education includes roles as a Discipline Master since 2014 and a Physics Teacher since 2010. Additionally, he has contributed to academic research as a peer reviewer, earning a Reviewer Certificate from CISCT in 2023.

Since 2010, Dr. Gao has excelled in the mining chemical industry, specializing in reagent development and mineral-processing flowsheet design. In 2021, he joined Arkema ArrMaz mining lab, leading projects on critical minerals like lithium and rare earth elements. His outstanding performance recently led to his promotion to Lead Engineer. Dr. Gao also serves as secretary for the Florida Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration (SME) and is an editorial board member for several journals. He has published 25 papers cited over 1100 times and holds 8 international patents.
